Monday to Sheets vs Coefficient for monday.com data in Google Sheets: per-user pricing, refresh limits, how each connects, checked 19 October 2026.

Coefficient and Monday to Sheets both live in the Google Sheets sidebar. Both can pull a monday.com board into a tab and refresh it. The difference is mostly in how they charge and how many other things Coefficient does.

We make Monday to Sheets, so read this knowing who wrote it. Coefficient's figures came off its pricing page and help center on 19 October 2026.

**Buy Coefficient if your team pulls from several business systems into Sheets (CRM, finance, databases) and wants one sidebar for all of them. Buy Monday to Sheets if monday.com is the source, you want a flat price for the account, and you'd like sheet edits to reach monday.com.**

## Pricing is per user on Coefficient's Pro

Coefficient's free plan imports up to 5,000 rows with 50 manual refreshes a month. Starter is $49 a month for one user with daily auto-refresh. Pro is $99 **per user** a month, with hourly refresh and up to 5 users. Paying yearly saves 17%.

A team of three on Pro is about $297 a month. Our Business plan, with two-way and live sync, is $39 for the account, whoever opens the sheet.

## Connecting monday.com

Coefficient's help center has you generate an API key in monday.com's Developers section and paste it into the Coefficient sidebar. That key acts as you, so it reaches every board on your monday.com account.

Monday to Sheets uses monday.com's own sign-in. You click Connect, approve access in a monday.com window, and there's no key to copy or rotate.

## Refresh

Coefficient's fastest auto-refresh is hourly, on Pro. Ours is every 3 hours on Pro, which is slower, and live on Business, which is faster. Live sync works because monday.com sends each change to us the moment it happens, so nothing waits for the next scheduled check.

## Editing in the sheet

Coefficient has an export feature for pushing sheet data out to some systems. Its pricing page lists export limits per plan, but neither the pricing page nor what we could read of its monday.com docs says whether exports write back to monday.com. Test it in their trial before you count on it.

Our two-way sync, on Business, pushes edits on text, numbers, status, date, checkbox, link, email and phone columns back to monday.com. A status column gets an in-cell dropdown of its labels, so you can't push a value monday.com would reject.

## Who should choose Coefficient

Choose it if monday.com is one of many sources, like Salesforce, HubSpot, a SQL database and NetSuite, and the team wants one tool for all of them.

Choose it if you want AI help inside the sheet. Coefficient ships on-sheet AI functions that we don't.

Choose it for a small, manual pull: the free plan does 5,000 rows.

## Who should choose Monday to Sheets

Choose us if monday.com is the source and more than one person works in the sheet. A flat $19 or $39 beats $99 a seat.

Choose us if a change in monday.com should show up in seconds, or if sheet edits have to go back.

## FAQ

### Is Coefficient free for monday.com?

Its free plan covers manual imports up to 5,000 rows and 50 refreshes a month. We couldn't confirm from its pricing page whether monday.com counts as a standard or a premium source.

### Which is cheaper for a team?

Monday to Sheets. It's priced per account, so a team of 5 pays the same $19 or $39 as one person.
