Coupler.io and Monday to Sheets both put monday.com data in a Google Sheet. They aren't built for the same buyer, and the price gap tells you that before anything else does.
We make Monday to Sheets, so read this knowing who wrote it. The Coupler.io figures below came off its own pricing and integration pages on 19 October 2026.
Buy Coupler.io if monday.com is one of several sources feeding the sheet, or if you need it refreshed every hour or faster. Buy Monday to Sheets if monday.com is the only source, a refresh every 3 hours (or live, on Business) is current enough, and you'd like edits in the sheet to reach monday.com.

Refresh speed is what Coupler.io sells
Coupler.io's plans step up by refresh frequency. Free is manual. Starter at $32 a month refreshes daily, and so does Active at $132. Hourly starts on Pro at $259 a month. A 15-minute refresh sits on its custom plan. Billed yearly, those prices drop by 25%.
Our Pro plan runs every 3 hours for $19 a month. Business at $39 adds live sync, which updates a row within seconds of a change in monday.com. That's possible because monday.com sends us each change as it happens, so nothing waits for a scheduled check.
So for a single monday.com board, we're cheaper at every step except $0. Our Pro is slower than Coupler.io's hourly Pro, and our $39 live sync is faster than any Coupler.io plan below its custom tier.
The route your data takes
Coupler.io pulls your monday.com data onto its own servers, transforms it there, and writes it into the destination. That's how it can merge sources and filter rows before they land.
Monday to Sheets runs on Apps Script inside your own Google account for manual and scheduled syncs. The items go from monday.com's API into your sheet. Live sync is different: monday.com sends each change event to our backend's queue, which writes it into your sheet and then deletes the event.
Direction
Coupler.io's monday.com page only describes moving data out of monday.com. It doesn't mention writing back.
Ours is one way by default. On Business, two-way sync pushes edits made in the sheet back to monday.com. It covers text, numbers, status, date, checkbox, link, email, phone and similar columns. People, connected boards and files need an id that a plain cell can't hold, so they stay read-only. The sheet fills the editable columns violet.
Data types: Coupler.io pulls more
Here Coupler.io is wider. It exports 8 monday.com data types, including updates, users, workspaces and activity logs. We sync items, the rows of a board, with every column type: status, people, timeline, mirror, formula, subitems and the rest.
If you need the activity log or the update threads in a sheet, Coupler.io does it and we don't.
