Yes, by group. When you set up a sync, pick a group and only that group's items land in the sheet. Board views aren't supported yet, so to filter further, sync the board and build a second tab with FILTER or QUERY on top of it.

Live sync takes a different route: monday.com sends each change event to our backend's queue, which writes it into your sheet and then deletes the event. To do that, the backend holds an encrypted copy of your monday.com sign-in.
